Eatons BR circuit breakers are used in indoor and outdoor BR loadcenters, spa panels, meter breakers and sub panels. Specially designed for easy installation, Eaton's BR 1-inch load centers house the branch circuit breakers and the wiring required to distribute power to individual circuits. They serve as main breaker for service entrances or as main lug when adding circuits to existing service. The main breaker protects the entire panel and can be used as a service disconnect. The branch breakers protect the wires leading to individual electrical loads such as fixtures and outlets.

EATON's CH ground fault current interrupters (GFCIs) are 3/4 in W and provide superior safety over a standard electrical outlet in areas where electricity may come into contact with water. GFCIs are required in any application near water such as kitchen countertops, bathrooms, swimming pools, hot tubs and outdoor receptacles. They immediately break the circuit when electrical current leakage is detected, reducing the risk of shock and electrocution.

Eaton's residential CH circuit breakers provide premium overload protection. The Type CH circuit breakers trip to the OFF position, eliminating nuisance callbacks. The CHF family also includes a trip flag to differentiate between a trip and the breaker being turned off. The thermal-magnetic trip curve avoids nuisance tripping on mild overloads while reacting almost instantaneously to severe short-circuit conditions. Multiple breakers have an internal common trip connection to operate all poles simultaneously. Handles are marked with ON-OFF indication and ampere rating of the breaker.

Each heater is identified by a catalog number stamped on one terminal. The heater application table indicates the range of full load motor current to which a given heater may be applied. Heaters should be selected on the basis of the actual full load current and service factor as shown on the motor nameplate or in the manufacturer's published literature. When motor and overload relay are in the same ambient and the service factor of the motor is 1.15 to 1.25, select heaters from the heater application table. If the service factor of the motor is 1 or there is no service factor shown or a maximum of 115% protection is desired, select one size smaller heater than indicated.

An Air Conditioning Disconnect (ACD) provides an installer or repair personnel with a visible disconnecting means while performing maintenance on an air conditioning unit.
