Four cutter Spline bits have a series of 13 Spline that slide into an equal but opposite set of Spline in the drive system of the Spline drive hammer. This positive engagement of Spline to Spline allows maximum transmission of energy from the hammer to the bit. Superior quality Carbide nibs are vacuum brazed to a heat treated steel body resulting in four cutting edges which pulverize the concrete as the bit turns and pounds the work surface. Available from 5/8 in. to 1-1/2 in. diameters. 4 cutter style bits are also available in metric (from 16 mm to 38 mm). One per package.

Milwaukee's Carbide tipped core bits are ideal for drilling large holes where the depth is relatively shallow. The core bit cuts a Kerf only. The usable depth of thin wall core bits ranges from 2-13/16 in. to 3-3/16 in. The thin wall construction is ideal for smaller hammers and newer concrete. The inside core must be removed by the operator before deeper drilling can be accomplished. Multiple extensions and adapters are available to allow for deeper holes to be drilled. The appropriate drive shank must be used to drive the core bit. Use of center pin and guide plate is recommended for positioning and starting a 1-1/4 in. hole and larger. Use of center pin and guide plate is not recommended for positioning and starting a 1-1/8 in. hole or smaller. Milwaukee Carbide tipped core bits are available from 1 in. to 6 in. diff. Includes core bit centering pin and guide plate.

The inside core must be removed by the operator before deeper drilling can be accomplished. The thick wall construction is ideal for larger hammers and more seasoned/cured concrete. A 7-1/2 in. extension is available to allow for the deeper holes to be drilled. The appropriate (Dependant on the diameter) SDS Plus drive shank must be used to drive the core bit. Use 48-20-6155 center pin and 48-20-6159 guide plate for positioning and starting the hole. Thin wall core bits are available from 1 in. to 6 in. diameters.
