IDC Select® light duty bored-to-size sheaves are available in single and two groove designs for A-B and 3L-4L-5L belts. Each unit is supplied with a keyway and a set screw over the keyway. They are precision machined from 25 gray cast iron, statically balanced, painted with a baked enamel finish and individually packaged.

IDC Select® variable pitch sheaves 1VL and 1 and 2VP designs are precision machined from 30 gray cast iron, statically balanced, painted with a baked enamel finish and individually packaged.

IDC Select® offers a wide range of high quality roller chain sprockets produced in ISO certified facilities to ANSI standards. Plain bore, finished bore, taper and QD® bushing designs are available. All IDC Select® sprockets come with hardened teeth and black oxide finish for long lasting service life. The finished bore design comes complete with a keyway on the centerline of the sprocket tooth and two setscrews, one over the keyway and one at 90 deg.
