300 series wide inner ring ball bearing units are designed for heavy duty applications requiring high capacity and high speed in a compact footprint. Manufactured from quality alloy bearing steel to precision tolerances, these bearings are used extensively on general industrial equipment, high speed fans and blowers and heavier duty power transmission and material handling equipment.
McGill® CAGEROL® machined race needle bearings are manufactured from bearing quality steel. Most sizes use crowned or end relieved, rollers to help reduce end stresses and allows for greater misalignment. The rollers are separated by a steel retainer (cage) to help achieve higher speeds and provide a lubricant reservoir. CAGEROL® bearings are constructed with radial lubrication hole and groove on the outer and optional inner raceway (MI series) for relubrication through the housing or shaft. Other options include a variety of seal configurations to either help prevent contaminant entry or contain the lubricant.
