This Louisville 16 foot non-conductive fiberglass extension ladder has a 300 lb load capacity, rated ANSI Type IA. It is equipped with the MAXLOCK rung lock, custom engineered from a patented, advanced molecular polymer, MAXLOCK is the strongest, toughest, lightest rung lock ever made. This ladder also includes the patented QuickLatch system that provides a simple, intuitive method of securing the fly and base sections of the ladder when extended. The ladder features outside slide guides, D-shaped rungs fully serrated for a slip resistant surface, non-marring rail end caps and steel swivel safety shoes with metal shield to be used with the tread down or in spike position. The Louisville FE3216 fiberglass extension ladder meets or exceeds the safety standards set by ANSI, CSA and OSHA.

The Universal 120-277V Breaker Lockouts are hinged with locking post design. Breaker lockout locks lever in off position to isolate and to prevent the use of breaker. It features a universal model that has unique screw clamp to lockout all Single-Pole Breakers. The Universal 120-277V Breaker Lockouts use thumbscrew to clamp lockout securely on to switch tongue, then pull cover over thumbscrew and lock in place to prevent clamp from being loosened. The new blade design also provides a tighter grip with less torque on thumbscrew. Breaker lockout meets RoHS standards.
