The 49-56-9100 also features a drive plate which is tightened up to the hole saw to eliminate wobble between the Arbor and hole saw.

Milwaukee® Carbide grit hole saws are designed for cutting abrasive materials such as brick, block, cement board, fiberglass and tile. Use a Carbide tipped pilot bit when cutting ceramic tile, brick, and other abrasive materials.

The backing plate is equipped with push pins which lock into holes on the backing plate of the hole saw for positive efficient transmission of torque.
