Sheaves are manufactured in Dodge® plants under strict quality control assurances. Precision machining meets or exceeds joint extended belt life. Dodge® manufactures all sheaves in plants certified to ISO 9002 quality standards.
QD Heavy Duty V-Belt Sheaves are designed to be mounted with QD Bushings. The bushings allow easy installation and removal reducing downtime; as well as the versatility and cost savings of being able to use one sheave with a range of different shaft sizes by selecting from the available bushing bore sizes. The QD Bushing ensures a tight grip on the shaft minimizing the risk of slippage, and in many cases can be reverse mounted when space constraints require.
