The McGill® CAMROL® full complement needle bearings feature black oxide treated bearing steel. They are available in two basic mounting styles for use in mechanical automation or linear motion applications. Our basic features each contribute to superior performance. The LUBRIDISC® seal option helps prevent metal to metal contact within the bearing. It also provides a barrier for containment entry and blowout protection when relubricating. These bearings are available with several dimensional choices. The seal options and combinations provide a specific solution for each application. Browning® mounted ball bearings feature multiple housing styles, materials and configurations, an extended inner race insert bearing with ball riding nylon retainer. The insert features a rivet to prevent outer ring rotation and is available with setscrew, eccentric or BOA concentric locking collar. The contact seal with black oxide treated flinger provides a good balance between contaminant resistance, grease loss and friction.
Sure-Grip® quick detachable bushings are easy to install and remove. Split-through flange and taper provide a true clamp on the shaft that is equivalent to a shrink fit. All sizes except JA and QT have a set screw over the key to help maintain the bushing's position on the shaft until the cap screws are securely tightened. Versatile Sure-Grip® bushings permit the mounting of the same mating part on shafts of different diameters and the mounting of different sheaves on the same shaft using the same bushing.
Browning® offers an extensive multi-groove sheave offering. This includes Browning® Split-Taper® and QD® bushing designs. This means maximum economy and versatility for your application. Truly the right drive every time our exclusive B5V® sheaves have a patented design that offers 5V horsepower in the economy of a B section sheave. PowerGrip™ HTD belts have a larger, more robust tooth profile for increased capacity, as compared to timing belts. 3M and 5M belts are suitable for domestic appliances, office machines, electric hand tools and for applications in the processing and chemical industry. 8M, 14M and 20M belts are used in high-performance drives in the machine tool, paper and textile industries where durability and low maintenance are required.
