PowerGrip™ GT3 belts are made of a highly advanced combination of materials designed to reduce both initial and operating costs. The entire PowerGrip GT3 belt range is suited both for new drive designs as well as for performance upgrades on existing drives. The 2MGT, 3MGT and 5MGT pitches are ideal for compact drives on hand tools, business machines, domestic appliances and high precision servomotor drives.
Sealmaster® gold mounted ball bearings feature a wide outer race insert bearing with land riding metallic retainer. The black oxide treated bearing steel insert features an exclusive lock pin and dimple system providing a direct path for lubrication into the bearing, and prevents outer ring rotation within the housing. Shaft lock is achieved by either setscrew or Skwezloc® concentric locking collar. The felt seal with flinger provide a good balance between contaminant entry, GoldPlex® HP grease loss and friction. Depending on your preference, these bearings are available in both inch and metric shaft sizes with a wide variety of cast iron, stamped steel or rubber mount housings, sealing, and lubrication options or industry specific solutions.

Designed with a unique recessed top and bottom to maintain sidewall contact, while remaining flexible for belt drive applications that require power transmission from both sides of the belt.
Sure-Grip® quick detachable bushings are easy to install and remove. Split-through flange and taper provide a true clamp on the shaft that is equivalent to a shrink fit. All sizes except JA and QT have a set screw over the key to help maintain the bushing's position on the shaft until the cap screws are securely tightened. Versatile Sure-Grip® bushings permit the mounting of the same mating part on shafts of different diameters and the mounting of different sheaves on the same shaft using the same bushing.
