Z-WEB surface conditioning, cleaning and finishing Quick-lok® discs are offered with three different styles of locking mechanisms to provide fast disc changeover, with perfect centering of the disc to decrease downtime and improve productivity. Both surface conditioning, cleaning and finishing discs feature an open web structure which reduces loading and conforms to the shape of the workpiece. Surface conditioning discs are made with a reinforced backing, providing more durability than cleaning and finishing discs.

Suitable for up to 300 psi (20.7 bar), the pressure range can be adjusted from 25 to 75 psi (172 to 517 kPa) with the standard setting at 50 psi (345 kPa).
