Milwaukee® SHOCKWAVE™ 48-32-5100 Impact Socket Adapter, 1/2 in Bit/Drill Size, 7/16 in Shank Dia, Hex Shank
The Milwaukee SHOCKWAVE™ lineman's 7/16 in. hex to 1/2 in. square adapter is the most durable adapter on the market and it's pin detent allows for better retention to the socket. The adapter features an optimized Shockzone™ that absorbs peak torque and prevents the adapter from breaking, providing up to 30X life. The adapter is made from Custom Alloy76™ steel, which maximizes it's resistance to wear and shock. The 7/16 in. hex shanks allows the adapter to lock into all 7/16 in. quick connect chucks.
The McGill® CAMROL® full complement needle bearings feature black oxide treated bearing steel. They are available in two basic mounting styles for use in mechanical automation or linear motion applications. Our basic features each contribute to superior performance. The LUBRIDISC® seal option helps prevent metal to metal contact within the bearing. It also provides a barrier for containment entry and blowout protection when relubricating. The 600® Series bearing is designed for moderate speeds and medium thrust loads. These bearings utilize a full ball complement. Rings are cold forged from hardenable strip steel and are carefully heat treated. These bearings may be plated or manufactured from stainless steel upon request. The entire assembly is housed in a soft steel band which lends itself to an easy press fit into a housing. The band also serves as a dust shield and helps retain the bearing lubricant. The upper ring is free to rotate in the band and has a close fit in the bore for the shaft. The lower ring is fixed in the band and has a shaft clearance in the bore.
