Klean-Strip™ boiled linseed oil is both a thinner for oil based paints and a coating that creates a beautiful hand rubbed finish on fine wood and antiques. As a coating, Klean-Strip™ boiled linseed oil helps bring out the attractive tones and grain patterns of natural wood penetrating, sealing and protecting unfinished wood, penetrating, sealing and protecting unfinished wood surfaces against damage from watermarks, scratches and warping. As a thinner, Klean-Strip™ boiled linseed oil improves the flow, leveling and durability of oil based paints and adds a nice gloss to the final finish. Produced from the seed of the flax plant, Klean-Strip™ boiled linseed oil is processed to dry faster than raw linseed oil.
