Chain & Cable Lubricants

CRC chain and wire rope lube is a special blend of synthetic lubricants, solvents and molybdenum designed to keep chains and wire rope in peak operating condition. With a low viscosity and wet film, chain & wire rope lube penetrates deeply between chain links and wire strands to reduce friction and wear that cause metal fatigue. Chain and wire rope lube also contains a tackifier that enables the lubricant to cling tenaciously to metal surfaces without increasing the viscosity. Regular use of chain & wire rope lube will help inhibit corrosion, reduce load stress and prevent wire strands from becoming brittle and fraying.

Blend of synthetic lubricants and mineral oil to keep roller drive and conveyor chains lubricated. Penetrates, lubricates and protects moving parts by reducing friction and wear. NSF H1 rated for incidental food contact.

A heavy-duty, extreme pressure lubricant recommended for reducing friction & wear in harsh environments. It resists heat & pressure, will not wash or wear off because of weather, & will not break down after repeated workings.

A high-grade lubricating oil, fortified with molybdenum disulfide to penetrate inaccessible areas and provide superior lubrication where temperatures and stress will break down ordinary lubricants.

Sprayon LU201 Open Gear and Wire Rope Lubricant is a high performance lubricant that penetrates metal surfaces to reach the core of wire rope. LU201 provides a wide range of lubrication at high temperatures while adhering extremely well to surfaces. It travels on metal surfaces to displace water, resulting in excellent rust protection. Can be used while equipment is in operation.
