Permatex® medium strength threadlocker blue gel is a medium strength anaerobic threadlocking gel conveniently packaged in a new Gel Twist™ or Gel Squeeze™ applicator. The product, like its liquid counterpart, is a single component, anaerobic gel that cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces, ideal for all 6 to 25 mm (1/4 to 1 in) Dia threaded assemblies. Excellent chemical resistance and temperature resistance range of -65 to 300 deg F (-54 to 149 deg C). The assembly is easily removable with hand tools for servicing requirements. Sure-Grip® quick detachable bushings are easy to install and remove. Split-through flange and taper provide a true clamp on the shaft that is equivalent to a shrink fit. All sizes except JA and QT have a set screw over the key to help maintain the bushing's position on the shaft until the cap screws are securely tightened. Versatile Sure-Grip® bushings permit the mounting of the same mating part on shafts of different diameters and the mounting of different sheaves on the same shaft using the same bushing.
Get even more leverage from the ergonomically designed offset head of the GRIPLOCK®. A special jaw design allows it to grip down on many shapes for added versatility.
