Most traditional v-belts struggle with small spaces and cause frequent interruptions, leading to costly downtime. Reduce these common drive issues with Tri-Power, your tried-and-true classical section replacement V-belt. The Tri-Power bandless V-belt is specifically designed to tackle the challenges associated with small sheave diameters on existing drives. Whether powering compressors, pumps, or other critical equipment, this belt ensures that your machinery runs efficiently and reliably. The advantage of this bandless V-belt lies in its ability to provide a like-for-like replacement without the need for full-system replacements. Its advanced design not only suits small sheaves but also enhances power transmission and reduces maintenance needs. Choose Gates Tri-Power V-belts for a dependable high-quality solution that keeps your existing drives running longer without interruptions.

The wrapped classical section Hi-Power™ V-belt has a long reputation for reliability on agricultural and industrial applications. The arched top of the Hi-Power belt provides superior strength to prevent "dishing" and distortion of the tensile section. The cords are properly aligned, each of them carrying its full share of the load.

Dodge® 131908 205 Normal Duty Ball Insert Bearing, 1 in Dia Bore, 1.5748 in OD, 1.62 in W, 3146 lb Dynamic/1769 lb Static Load

Built for superior performance on heavy duty classical cross-section drives. The raw edge, Ethylene Elastomer construction and special notch design makes the Tri-Power belt especially suited for small diameter pulleys and back side idler drives.

O-rings are closed circular rings of circular cross-section. They are made through vulcanization from form tools as a complete ring. The sealing function of the O-ring is achieved by the deformation of the cross-section when installed and compressed in its housing. The O-ring can be compressed either radially or axially in its installation housing. In operating conditions the pressure exerted by the media reinforces the sealing function, as under pressure the elastomer material functions as a non-compressible fluid.
