IKO manufactures a wide range of radial Needle Roller Bearings to meet the needs of different applications and machine profiles. These include shell type bearings, needle roller cages for both general use and within engine connecting rods and machined type Needle Roller Bearings. Shell type Needle Roller Bearings are lightweight, low profile motion components designed to handle either high speeds or heavy loads, depending on the configuration. An outer ring made of high strength steel enables a streamlined profile with the lowest sectional height of all the Needle Roller Bearings.

For those applications where being seen is of the utmost importance, MCR Safety's Luminator Series offers you a variety of high visibility garments made in different colors and different options of reflective material. The BMRCL3L is an insulated high visibility bomber jacket that meets or exceeds ANSI/ISEA Class 3 high visibility standards. Keeps wearer warmer in cold temperatures. This jacket is fluorescent lime in color and has silver reflective stripes on torso and arms. It features a zipper front closure, 2 outer zip up pockets, hide away hood, hybrid elastic/hook and loop wrist closures, and 1 cell phone pocket on chest.

Ideal for construction, municipalities, shipyards, agriculture chemical spraying and industrial plant maintenance.

Inner Rings can be integrated with shell-type or various machined needle roller bearings to provide good roller support without worrying about premature shaft wear. We heat-treat and grind our Inner Rings to tight tolerances to create hard, tough raceways for applications where it is impossible to make shaft surfaces to a specific hardness or roughness attribute. They're an economical alternative to bushings because they don't require any additional machining. Wide Inner Rings are also available to accommodate shafts that move axially or seals that are adjacent to bearings. Inner Rings come in a broad range of shaft diameters and assembly elements include small chamfers or gentle taper relief options. These rings are designed to provide a durable surface for shell-type needle roller bearings with non-machined raceways in-type IRB series shaft diameters range from 5/16 to 2-1/2 in.
