DeWALTĀ® Zip-ItĀ® 02345 Self-Drilling Wallboard Anchor, #6-8, 15/16 in L Thread, Nylon
The Zip-ItĀ® anchor is a one-piece self-drilling anchor designed for use in hollow gypsum wallboard for light duty loads. It is available in both engineered nylon and Zamac alloy for use with either a no. 6 or no. 8 screws in 3/8 in to 1 in wallboard. The Zip-ItĀ® Jr. Is formed from engineered nylon for use with no. 6 screws in 3/8 in to 5/8 in wallboard.
DeWALTĀ® UltraConĀ® DFM4EUH315 Screw Anchor, 1/4 in Dia, 1-3/4 in OAL, Hex Washer Head Drive, 410 Stainless Steel, 1-1/2 in D Min Embedment
The UltraConĀ® SS4 anchor is a 410 stainless steel Screw Anchor for light to medium duty applications in concrete and masonry block base materials. The Screw Anchor is fast and easy to install and provides a neat, finished appearance. UltraConĀ® SS4 anchors feature a StalgardĀ® coating and provide enhanced corrosion resistance over carbon steel fasteners.
The Screw-Bolt+⢠anchor is a one piece, heavy duty screw anchor with a finished hex head. It is simple to install, easy to identify and fully removable. The patented thread design, designed for use with standard ANSI drill bits, reduces installation torque and enhances productivity. The steel threads along the anchor body tap into the hole during installation to provide keyed engagement and allow for reduced edge and spacing distances. The Screw-Bolt+⢠finish is available in bright zinc plated and mechanically galvanized. Suitable base materials include normal weight concrete, sand lightweight concrete, concrete over steel deck, concrete masonry and solid clay brick.
HangermateĀ® is an all steel threaded fastening system for suspending steel threaded rod vertically overhead in pipe hanging, fire protection, electrical conduit and cable-tray applications. They are available in versions which can be installed in a variety of base materials including steel purlins, bar joists and beams, wood frame columns and beams, as well as concrete ceilings, beams and columns. Steel threaded rods in 1/4 and 3/8 in diameters can be vertically suspended with HangermateĀ® (a 1/2 in Dia size is also available for wood). They are also offered in a side mount style for lateral installation of 1/4 and 3/8 in Dia steel threaded rods onto joists, columns and overhead members. For all steel and wood hangers, a HangermateĀ® socket driver is recommended to provide proper installation with a drill screw gun. For concrete hangers, a powered impact tool with a clutch is recommended. A pivot head version is also available for flexible connection angle and positioning of rod hangers. An acoustical ceiling eyelet version is also available for hanging wire or cable attachments.
