Milwaukee® 48-89-9204 Step Drill Bit, 3/16 in Dia Min Hole, 7/8 in Dia Max Hole, 12 Steps, HSS, 12 Hole Sizes, 3/8 in Shank
The MILWAUKEE® step drill bits with jam-free performance feature a dual-flute design delivering up to 2X faster hole times, up to 4X longer life and up to 50% more holes per battery charge than the competition. Ideal for drilling large and small-diameter holes in steel and plastic, these bits are optimized for cordless drills in high speed. The Rapid Strike™ tip allows for fast, accurate starts that generate less heat, resulting in longer bit tip life. Black oxide coating also enhances durability, hole quality and bit life. For user convenience and accuracy, each bit has laser-engraved reference marks you can see while drilling. The 3-flat Secure-Grip™ shank ensures a solid connection with the drill chuck. The #4 step drill bit has 12 hole sizes in 1/16". increments ranging from 3/16". to 7/8". jam-free performance in high speed with most professional 18 Volt cordless drills with lithium-ion battery technology.
Klein® KTSB14 Step Drill Bit, 3/16 in Dia Min Hole, 7/8 in Dia Max Hole, Steel, 3/8 in Shank
Straight, Double Fluted Step Drill Bits from Klein Tools provide cleaner cutting and drilling. The aluminum titanium coating is 10 times more durable than steamed black oxide for longer bit life. 3/8-Inch hex shank is durable, and has a firm, positive grip. Laser-etched markings provide quick size identification on primary holes. This step bit has 12-hole sizes from 3/16-Inch to 7/8-Inch (4.8 to 22.2 mm).
Milwaukee® 48-20-5160 Heavy Duty Thick Wall Core Bit, 5 in Drill - Fraction, 5 in Drill - Decimal Inch
Milwaukee's core bits are ideal for large hole drilling where depth is relatively shallow. The core bit cuts a Kerf only. The usable depth of thick wall core bits is 4-3/8 in. The inside core must be removed by the operator before deeper drilling can be accomplished. The thick wall construction is ideal for larger hammers and more seasoned/cured concrete. A 7-1/2 in. extension is available to allow for the deeper holes to be drilled. The appropriate (Dependant on the diameter) Spline drive shank must be used to drive the core bit. Use 48-20-5199 center pin and 48-20-5175 guide plate for positioning and starting the hole. Thick wall core bits are available from 1 in. to 6 in. diameters. See thin wall core bits for less expensive drilling in new concrete and/or smaller hammers.
