Four cutter Spline bits have a series of 12 Spline that slide into an equal but opposite set of Spline in the drive system of the Spline drive hammer. This positive engagement of Spline to Spline allows maximum transmission of energy from the hammer to the bit. Superior quality Carbide nibs are vacuum brazed to a heat treated steel body resulting in four cutting edges which pulverize the concrete as the bit turns and pounds the work surface. Available from 5/8 in. to 1-1/2 in. diameters (also available in metric from 16 mm to 38 mm).

Milwaukee®’s Spline 4-cutter rotary hammer drill bits feature a 4-cutter 4 x 90° tip geometry to avoid lock up in rebar, patented rebar chamfers for increased durability, and a high volume flute for fast debris removal. Used for drilling holes in brick, block, concrete, and reinforced concrete.

The Crescent Nicholson single-cut bastard mill files sharpen mill or circular saws and are ideal for draw filing and finishing metals. The rectangular shape lets you smooth and sharpen straight surfaces. 2 square edges allow you to make grooves fixed at the same width as the file, and all sizes taper slightly in width to improve access in slots.

The MILWAUKEE® SDS Plus 4-Cutter MX4™ 1-1/8" X 8" X 10" Drill Bits with solid head carbide deliver up to 5X longer life in concrete with rebar. Engineered with rebar guards to provide maximum durability in hard aggregate and rebar with a 4-cutter design that prevents lock-up, reducing downtime. The sharp centering tip offers exact spot drilling in concrete and metal decking. Variable flutes remove dust faster, reducing heat and delivering up to 20% more holes per battery charge. A wear mark indicator shows end of life and when bit no longer meets the ANSI requirement. The Milwaukee MX4™ 4-Cutter Drill Bits are ideal for concrete with rebar and masonry applications.
