Morse® 465704 TL Series Torque Limiter, 7/8 in Straight Bore, 2-1/2 in OD, 5 to 20 in-lb Torque
The Morse® torque limiter is a protective device that limits torque transmitted in a drive system by slipping when the torque demand exceeds a preset value as a result of shock loads, overloads or machine jams. It automatically re-engages when the overload torque has passed, no resetting is required. The Morse® torque limiter helps prevent machine damage and eliminates costly downtime. Using spring loaded friction surfaces for its operation, the Morse® torque limiter presets slip torque by adjustment of the spring force. This device can be used with a sprocket, gear, sheave or flange plate as the center member that is clamped between two friction facings.

Gates® Power Transmission Poly Chain® GT®2 14MX-34S-20 Synchronous Sprocket, 1/2 to 2-1/8 in Taper-Lock® Bore, 5.86 in OD, 34 Grooves, 5.965 in Dia Pitch, 1.36 in W Face
Poly Chain GT sprockets use the tooth profile designed and developed by Gates and function with Gates Poly Chain GT belts in all existing constructions. These sprockets are statically balanced to make sure the entire belt drive is as safe as possible. Furthermore, they are manufactured, specified, and tested to perfectly support the full power capabilities of the Gates Poly Chain belt product range. Belts and sprockets used together get the best out of your belt drive: maximum performance, prolonged antistatic properties and optimal lifetime.

Sealmaster 1-1/2"-ID 2-BOLT TRB PILLOW BLOCKS SEA RPB-108-2
The Sealmaster® RPB mounted tapered roller bearings are a dimensionally interchangeable upgrade from competitive type E bearings. The exclusive features include unitized replaceable inserts, self-aligning capability and split housing. They also include the Sealmaster® alignment pin. This provides a direct path for lubrication into the bearing and helps to prevent outer race rotation. The Sealmaster® RPB is available with two traditional setscrew locking collars for easy installation. The felt seal with flinger provide a good balance between contaminant entry, grease retention and friction. Depending on application requirements, these bearings are available in both inch and metric. They provide a wide variety of housing, sealing and lubrication options.
Sealmaster 1-3/4"-ID 4-BOLT SPH FLANGE UNITS BRW SFC-1000-NE X 1-3/4
Sealmaster® USRB performance mounted spherical roller bearings feature black oxide treated bearing steel races with optimized bearing geometry for load capacity, misalignment and speed capabilities. The USRB is available in both setscrew locking and adapter mounting system. The felt seal with flinger provides a good balance between contaminant entry, grease retention and friction. Depending on application requirements, these bearings are available in a wide variety of bore sizes, housing styles and sealing options.
