- Spindles are full length, machined from a single piece of square, cold drawn steel tempered and hardened
- Square spindle heads stand up to heavy wrench tightening
- C-clamps boast a drop forged frame, black oxide coating, and clamping pressure ranging up to 40000 lbs
- The partial closing, extra heavy duty models are designed to stand up to the demands of heavy industrial applications like those encountered in ship building
- Hot upset square head on spindle withstands higher torque
- Square-head spindle has large diameter rolled thread and hardened point which provides smoother operation and added strength
- Black oxide coated spindle resists corrosion

Koyo 81206TVPB Cylindrical Bore Needle Roller Thrust Bearing
Cylindrical roller thrust bearings provide rolling bearing arrangements that accommodate high-dynamic axial loads. The simple geometry of the bearing components allows the use of many design arrangements. As an example, for less demanding applications, it is possible to combine metric series, thrust cylindrical roller and cage assemblies, including the metric series heavy thrust washers (LS, CPR) and even the metric series thin thrust washers (AS, CP). These two thrust washer types are more commonly used with thrust needle roller and cage assemblies. Thrust cylindrical roller and cage assemblies also can be used without bearing thrust washers if the adjacent machine components can be prepared to serve as suitable raceways. Cylindrical roller thrust bearings may be used where the load carrying capability of thrust needle roller and cage assemblies is insufficient. Also, the bearings can accommodate high-dynamic and static axial loads in one direction, but they are not suitable to transmit radial loads.
