This 3/4 inch temperature and pressure relief valve is used to provide automatic temperature and pressure protection to hot water supply tanks and hot water heaters up to 105,000 BTU/hr. It features a brass body with NPT male inlet and NPT female outlet connections, unique thermostat with special thermo-bonded coating, and a test lever. This valve is ASME rated and CSA listed. Temperature relief is 210 degree F (99 degree C). Pressure relief is set at 150 psi.

Careful heat treatment provides a uniform and exact degree of hardness for maximum life. A ball retainer, or separator, is used to increase the range of allowable speeds by reducing ball-to-ball contact friction.
Browning® offers a comprehensive line of off the shelf gears, including spur, miter and bevel as well as change gears. These are available in 20 deg pressure angle from 20 to 4 diametral pitch and 14.5 deg pressure angle from 48 to 3 diametral pitch. They are all designed to increase output, reduce costs and avoid the need for custom specials.
