McGill® CAGEROL® machined race needle bearings are manufactured from bearing quality steel. Most sizes use crowned or end relieved, rollers to help reduce end stresses and allows for greater misalignment. The rollers are separated by a steel retainer (cage) to help achieve higher speeds and provide a lubricant reservoir. CAGEROL® bearings are constructed with radial lubrication hole and groove on the outer and optional inner raceway (MI series) for relubrication through the housing or shaft. Other options include a variety of seal configurations to either help prevent contaminant entry or contain the lubricant.

Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearings supports radial loads and reduce friction between rotating components, with a drawn outer shell serving as a raceway for the rollers. The small cross section of the drawn cup bearing provides high load-carrying capability with minimum required space. Drawn cup bearing are easily installed with a press fit in the housing.

Combines the strength of a wrapped belt construction with the economies of a narrow section V-belt. Transmits more power in a given space and allows more compact drive design than classical section V-belts. In short, it offers you more power and considerably reduces the space needed. This significantly cuts the overall drive cost. Super HC™ V-belts also have exclusive Gates construction features for longer life on your drives.

IKO manufactures a wide range of radial Needle Roller Bearings to meet the needs of different applications and machine profiles. These include shell type bearings, needle roller cages for both general use and within engine connecting rods and machined type Needle Roller Bearings. Shell type Needle Roller Bearings are lightweight, low profile motion components designed to handle either high speeds or heavy loads, depending on the configuration. An outer ring made of high strength steel enables a streamlined profile with the lowest sectional height of all the Needle Roller Bearings.

Hex head stud type needle roller bearings are recommended where running loads and shock loads are moderate. Bearing capacity of the stud type series is limited by the moderately sized stud. Manufactured from high alloy bearing quality steel.
