Gulf Bearing 7/16" DOUBLE-SHIELDED BALL BEARING GUL 1607-2-Z
Precision ground 1600® Series bearings are specially designed to provide a line of low cost yet high quality bearings for adaptation to a majority of precision bearing applications. They are made in easy to use inch dimensions and are recommended for medium loads and for maximum speeds in the range of 5000 rpm. The 1600® Series bearings are precision ground on all surfaces with exceptional care given to the ball grooves. Careful heat treatment provides a uniform and exact degree of hardness for maximum life. A ball retainer, or separator, is used to increase the range of allowable speeds by reducing ball-to-ball contact friction.
Dodge® E-Z-Kleen® 127677 207 Normal Duty Pillow Block Ball Bearing With Insert, 1-7/16 in Dia Bore, 4.68 to 5.44 in L Bolt Center-to-Center, 1.88 in Base to Bore Centerline, 6-1/2 in OAL x 3.63 in OAH
Dodge® E-Z-Kleen® mounted ball bearings are ideal for washdown applications. The corrosion-resistant nickel composite plated insert is deployed in either of a polymer or stainless steel housing. The QuadGuard™ triple lip seal with rubberized flinger provides superior protection against contaminants while the patented Maxlife™ cage retains lubricant.
Link-Belt® 10423248 300 Heavy Duty Pillow Block Ball Bearing, 2-7/16 in Dia Bore, 12 in L Bolt Center-to-Center, 4-1/4 in Base to Bore Centerline, 15-1/8 in OAL x 8-3/8 in OAH
300 series wide inner ring ball bearing units are designed for heavy duty applications requiring high capacity and/or high speed in a compact footprint. Manufactured from quality alloy bearing steel to precision tolerances, these bearings are used extensively on general industrial equipment, high speed fans, blowers, heavier duty power transmission and material handling equipment.
Browning® mounted ball bearings feature multiple housing styles, materials and configurations, an extended inner race insert bearing with ball riding nylon retainer. The insert features a rivet to prevent outer ring rotation and is available with setscrew, eccentric, or BOA concentric locking collar. The contact seal, with black oxide treated flinger provides a good balance between contaminant resistance, grease loss and friction. Depending on your preference, these bearings are available in inch and metric bore with a wide variety of cast iron, stamped steel or rubber mount housings or specific industry solutions as illustrated on the pages to follow.
Sealmaster® 3-piece rod ends incorporate a 1-piece race formed around a hardened steel chrome plated ball in a controlled manufacturing process. 3-piece construction offers flexibility for alternative race materials designed to help solve specific application problems.
