Synchronous belt drives help reduce the problems of slippage, belt stretch, lubrication and metal to metal contact. They provide superior performance because power is transmitted by positive engagement of belt teeth rather than by friction, as in conventional belt drives.
The Power-StudĀ® anchor is a one piece fully threaded, wedge style anchor available in carbon steel and stainless steel. Threaded, rod hanger and tie wire versions are designed for use in solid concrete. The drill bit diameter needed for proper installation is the same as the anchor diameter.
