Z-WEB surface conditioning, cleaning and finishing Quick-lok® discs are offered with three different styles of locking mechanisms to provide fast disc changeover, with perfect centering of the disc to decrease downtime and improve productivity. Both surface conditioning, cleaning and finishing discs feature an open web structure which reduces loading and conforms to the shape of the workpiece. Surface conditioning discs are made with a reinforced backing, providing more durability than cleaning and finishing discs.

Made from 300 series stainless steel. Frequently used in food and marine applications. Size is clearly marked on each piece. Precision Brand® stainless steel keystock is an excellent alternative to steel keystock when corrosion resistance is a concern.
