It contains a 115V 50/60 Hz single phase power supply for long-lasting use. A control knob manages all adjustments making it easy for its users. HandyPlasma 25i automatically detects inlet and outlet pressure, eliminating the need to constantly change gas. Gas is purged by a built-in automatic system.
O-rings are closed circular rings of circular cross-section. They are made through vulcanization from form tools as a complete ring. The sealing function of the O-ring is achieved by the deformation of the cross-section when installed and compressed in its housing. The O-ring can be compressed either radially or axially in its installation housing. In operating conditions the pressure exerted by the media reinforces the sealing function, as under pressure the elastomer material functions as a non-compressible fluid.
Safety relief valves guard against over pressure conditions in compressors and other pressure vessels. These units are manufactured out of brass bar stock to ensure a non-porous, strong fitting. Seats are silicon rubber to provide a long leak free service life.
