This die is designed to be used in cutting a variety of materials including aluminum up to 10 ga, mild steel up to 16 ga and stainless steel up to 18 ga. It features an industrial design for smooth cutting and long life. The die is quick and easy to install. For use with the Makita® punch (A-83951) on Makita® 16 ga nibblers. It is a direct replacement for the die on the Makita® JN1601.
