Designed for grinding angles of 20 to 25 deg, DeWALT® Type 29 HP™ flap discs quickly remove material with aggressive grinding action. Featuring zirconia grit, which removes material 3 times fast than fiber resin metal sanding discs, each disc is packed with a premium abrasive cloth that lasts 15 times long than fiber resin metal sanding discs.

Innovative zirconia grit gives DeWALT® Type 29 flap discs the power to remove material 3 times fast than fiber resin metal sanding discs. Type 29 fiberglass backing provides a grinding angle of 20 to 25 deg. A premium abrasive cloth offers a life up to 15 times long than fiber resin metal sanding discs.

XP™ ceramic flap discs are designed with premium XP™ ceramic cloth for long life and fast material removal. These flap discs are intended for surface prep grinding, along with grinding and blending welds. The ceramic flap disc allows you the ability to grind flat on materials with a finish of a fiber disc. These discs perform 50% faster than standard flap discs (50% faster vs XP™) and provides 2.5X longer life than the standard flap disc.

XP™ ceramic flap discs are designed with premium XP™ ceramic cloth for long life and fast material removal. These flap discs are intended for surface prep grinding, along with grinding and blending welds. The ceramic flap disc allows you the ability to grind flat on materials with a finish of a fiber disc. These discs perform 50% faster than standard flap discs (50% faster vs XP™) and provides 2.5X longer life than the standard flap disc.

The United Abrasives/SAIT Ovation® Flap Disc is contaminant free. The Ovation® Flap Disc is made with heavy duty zirconium grain, designed for high pressure applications.
