TIG Welding & Brazing Rods
1/16" X 36" S/STEEL BRAZING ROD--1# ER309L stainless steel TIG (GTAW) filler metal. Contains silicon additives which results in improved fluidity (wetting action) of the weld pool and provides a weld less sensitive to cracking. Consists of less than .03% carbon for added corrosion resistance. Recommended for most dissimilar metals. Works well for dissimilar joints that will undergo heat treatment.
1/8" ALUMINUM BRAZING ROD EASY-FLO BRAZING ROD: Makes it simple to braze aluminum and zinc-based metals with an oxy-acetylene or propane torch set-up. Great for repairs on irrigation pipes, carburetor bowls, aluminum boats, camper covers, lawn mower housings and casings (including aluminum magnesium). No flux is required.

BRAZING ALLOY A brazing alloy that is ideal for large and small copper tubing installations. Self-fluxing on copper. Typical applications include: Refrigeration control valves (copper and brass), joining copper wires to rotor bars, electrical connections, radiant heating systems, air conditioning units, hot and cold water lines, and heat exchanges. T-joints, swage joints and sleeves, couplings on return bends and condenser fittings. Sil-Flo is not recommended for ferrous metals such as iron or steel. It is only for copper base metals as an effective economical alternative to copper-silver alloy rods.
