Hard Hat Suspensions

The pin-lock suspension securely fastens in place from head sizes 6-1/2 to 7-3/4 in. The design functions similarly to some streetwear baseball caps. The moisture wicking brow pad is removable, washable and replaceable.

6-point ratchet suspension replacement parts are compatible with Jackson Safety* Sentry III hard hats, giving them extra longevity. These safety hats help provide on the job protection your workers. The hats are intended to reduce the force of impact that could result from a blow to the top of the head and the low profile, silhouette styled safety hats meet ANSI Z89.1 - 2009 requirements for impact (as well as Class C, G and E). The ratchet suspension system will fit head sizes 6.5 to 8 in and Sentry III hats have accessory slots for attaching additional compatible personal protective equipment. The Klein® hard hat Replacement Suspension works with Klein® KARBN™ full brim hard hats. Easily attaches in four points inside the hard hat shell, featuring a flexible open frame design for maximum air flow. Ratchet knob and pivot adjustment help to position securely on the neck. Also available, premium replacement cooling sweatband and premium replacement top pad (sold separately).

The slide lock suspension easily adjusts to over 40 different head sizes between 6-1/2 to 8 in. The suspension material is specially formulated for pliable comfort and strength as well as providing a smooth sliding action.
