The 85220D is in the GEARWRENCH® QuadBox™ line of ratcheting wrenches and is a double box HVAC ratcheting wrench. Both ends feature square drive on both sides of the wrench incorporating 1/4 in square on one side and 3/16 in square on the opposite and on the other end of the wrench is 3/8 in x 5/16 in square.
